Reach the world on web, build your brand, and earn revenue with Poki!
We’ve announced the winners of the js13kGames competition two months ago already, but 2022 is not over just yet. Together with our good friends at Poki we’d like to offer you something extra that will benefit you and the competition itself!
Poki is on a mission to create the ultimate online playground: a place where players and game developers come to play and create. Together with a growing 300+ game developer community, they’re creating the new standard for web games and are now giving you an opportunity to reach the world on web!
The idea is simple - if your entry ended up in the top 100, then you’re eligible to join a little post-comp jam. Submit your game to Poki, and besides the usual benefits of getting your creation out to millions of players worldwide and getting a fair, lifetime revenue share from advertising that makes sense for your game, you might also get a $500 minimum guarantee on top of it!
Out of all the submitted games, the Poki team will choose the best three that fit Poki’s platform the most, and the authors will be guaranteed $500 each. The main requirement is to be in line with the Poki Developer Guide - check the Requirements section for more information, especially the SDK Documentation, Best Practices, and FAQ.
One of the js13kGames legends is Rémi Vansteelandt. He has participated in the competition since 2013 and submitted 11 games up until now, out of which Glitch Buster was released on Steam in 2017 and Ninja vs EVILCORP won js13kGames 2020. Remvst is collaborating with Poki for some time now, and here’s his comment on the experience so far:
“Of all the publishers, Poki is one of the companies that I’ve enjoyed working with the most. I’ve integrated a couple of games like SuperBrawl using their SDK and it only took me a few minutes to have them all tested using their integration tester.”
You have two weeks: from today, Monday, 5th December till Monday, 19th December to submit your game via Poki for Developers (“Share your game” button, make sure to mention js13kGames in the “How did you hear about us?” question in the form). After that the Poki team will choose three winners which will be announced after the holidays in early January!

A couple folks said that they’re still busy at work with the end-of-the-year tasks and asked for a little extension to finish the submit process, so we’ve decided to give you a few more days - you have time until the end of day December 31st to send your js13kGames entry and have a chance to win 3 × $500.
